What are the benefits of casein? The raw material in Weider Day & Night Casein is 95% calcium caseinate, derived from cow's milk. During the manufacturing process, the natural protein components are separated, resulting in an exceptionally high casein protein content. The nutrient profile of calcium caseinate surpasses that of micellar caseins, as it has a higher total protein content and contains almost no carbohydrates and fat. These advantages are precisely what Weider Day & Night Casein offers!
Recommended use: Depending on protein needs, mix 2-3 times daily, each time 3 tablespoons (25g powder) with 300 ml of water or milk. The best solubility is achieved in a shaker.
