In search of the perfect flavor for our organic tea, we traveled through the Bernese Oberland. Amidst high mountains and cool lakes, we discovered lush alpine herbs and combined them with nettle. For tea production, we use the whole plants, allowing for an intense flavor to develop while producing less waste – a win-win!.
