Instructions for use | It is ideal for adding, for example, blood orange juice, tomato puree, whipped cream, ice cream, lobster and shellfish stock. Refining - Refine the hollandaise sauce with herbs such as wild garlic, spices, brown butter, flavoured oils (e.g. coffee, chilli or lobster oil), coconut milk, pesto or chopped nuts. Ideal for ragouts, lasagne and pancakes as well as for gratinating. Add THOMY Gourmet Hollandaise to scrambled eggs (250 ml sauce for 750 ml scrambled eggs). This increases their shelf life and keeps the eggs fluffy and beautifully yellow. Legging - Ideal for legging, as the sauce does not curdle when boiled. Suitable for approx. 12 portions of asparagus (per 200 g asparagus à 80 ml sauce). Can be used immediately Just heat and serve. Please transfer to a microwave-safe container before heating in the microwave. Stir before serving. Can be kept unopened without refrigeration. Can be kept in the fridge for 2 days once opened (at a maximum of +5°C). |
