Known worldwide as "Ginger Beer," this sharp and spicy ginger soda was first produced in Germany by Thomas Henry. It’s called "Beer" because it was originally brewed like beer. Particularly in America and England, where it was invented in the 19th century, people appreciated its piquant, refreshing taste. They still do today, even though it is no longer made through the brewing process. To avoid any misunderstandings in the land of the purity law, we named our product Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger. It fits better: it is indeed spicy, and there is plenty of ginger in it. But it is not beer and contains no alcohol. Alcohol only comes into play when our Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger is mixed with gin, rum, or other spirits to create delicious drinks. A full dose of ginger.
