Ingredients:

6 cl Bourbon Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura
14 cl Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
Ice cubes

Preparation:

Place up to four large ice cubes in a classic long drink glass, add the Bourbon Whiskey and 2 dashes of Angostura, and top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale to your taste. Don't forget the horse's neck, and it's ready to serve.
