Vegan coconut whipped cream that can be whipped to stiff peaks and is wonderfully suitable as a topping for vegan pastries. With 91% coconut and a fat content of 30%, this coconut milk is so creamy that you won't need any whipped cream. This coconut whipped cream can be used in a variety of ways, just like regular whipped cream. It is beautifully creamy, delicious, and entirely plant-based. Free from the emulsifier guar gum, it instead uses the natural thickener tapioca, which gives this coconut cream a wonderfully firm texture. Serve a vegan whipped topping on pastries or hot chocolate.
Handling and storage instructions: Before whipping, place the can in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Then whip with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until it reaches a nice firm consistency.
