Legend has it that a tea plantation owner was attacked by a dragon after the harvest. He fled and when he returned a few days later, the tea leaves had been oxidised by the sun and had a wonderfully smooth and mild flavour. This is a medium-quality oolong speciality from China with an evenly rolled leaf, light yellow cup and mild floral taste.

Instructions for use
Traditionally, this tea is drunk in a cup without a sieve. This allows the tea leaves to develop freely. Interesting to know: Green tea quadruples its volume if it has enough space. This is the only way the full flavour can develop. Initially, the flavour is mildly sweet and smooth. Over time, it develops a slight bitter flavour. Can be infused several times.
