Not flavoured Use 25g of the mulled wine spice with 0.75l of red or white grape juice (white wine or red wine). Heat it slowly on the cooker without boiling and add sugar, honey or rock candy to taste. You can refine this delicious mulled wine with orange or lemon slices, roasted almond slivers and rum sultanas that have been soaked overnight.
