Hay flowers (flores graminis) are defined as a mixture of flower parts, seeds, and smaller pieces of leaves and stems from various meadow grasses and wildflowers. In natural medicine, hay flowers have traditionally been used for wraps and baths to promote relaxation and calmness. Today, the term hay flowers is often used in 5-star gastronomy to refer to flower mixtures suitable for preparing dishes, for example, served on a bed of hay. Swiss Alpine Herbs Organic Hay Flowers are a wonderful composition of dried flower cups from cornflowers, marigolds, hollyhocks, and mallows, complemented with parsley. We only use beautiful, large cups that are visually striking. They are ideal for preparing lamb, soups, bread, and ham. 100% natural product.

Our flowers are organically grown by mountain farmers in the Swiss Alps, hand-tended, and gently processed.
