Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Aronia berries, golden balm, apple mint, nettle, carcade, juniper berries, cornflower red, cloves, cinnamon. All agricultural ingredients come from organic farming.
Instructions for use
Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 tea bag per cup and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes. Sweeten to taste, e.g. with mild nectaflor acacia honey from the practical squeezer. Store at room temperature (approx. 20°C).
