Instructions for use | Mix 1 portion per day = 13 g powder in approx. 500 ml water and consume. The best way to prepare the drink is with a shaker. The powder dissolves completely when shaken and the BCAA drink becomes crystal clear. Please do not shake too vigorously. Consumption is particularly recommended before, during or after training. On non-training days, take one portion in the morning after getting up. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
