Soyana Swiss Rice Drink Whole Grain is made exclusively from organic, unpeeled whole grain rice. The grains are ground with water and fermented with enzymes. During this process, the rice starch is naturally broken down into glucose, resulting in a mild sweetness. The fermentation process is halted by heating, and the fiber components are centrifuged out. The added oil is the valuable high-oleic sunflower oil, which is not affected by the production heating due to its fatty acid profile. The added calcium from red algae is particularly well absorbed by the body. The remaining fiber is fed to animals by a neighboring farmer. Soyana's Swiss Rice Drinks are prepared with love. The inner balance and joy are transferred to the produced foods, positively influencing the consumer as well.
