The grains used for Soyana's Swiss Cereal Drinks are guaranteed to be non-GMO and come from controlled organic farming within the EU. The grains are ground with water and fermented with enzymes. During this process, the starch from the grains is naturally broken down into glucose, resulting in a mild sweetness. The drinks are made with revitalized water and only the finest ingredients. The added oil is the valuable high-oleic sunflower oil, which is not affected by the heat from production due to its fatty acid profile. The added calcium from red algae is particularly well absorbed by the body. The remaining fiber is fed to animals by a neighboring farmer. Soyana's Swiss Cereal Drinks are prepared with love. The inner balance and joy are transferred to the produced foods, positively influencing the consumer as well. The Swiss Cereal Drink Oat is very nutritious and rich in calcium.
