The grain used for Soyana's Swiss Cereal Drinks is guaranteed to be non-GMO and comes from controlled organic farming in the EU. The grain is ground with water and fermented with enzymes. During this process, the grain starch is naturally broken down into glucose, resulting in a mild sweetness. The drinks are made with revitalized water and only the finest ingredients. The added oil is the valuable high-oleic sunflower oil, which is not affected by production-related heating due to its fatty acid profile. The remaining fiber is fed to animals by a neighboring farmer. Soyana's Swiss Cereal Drinks are prepared with love. The inner balance and joy are transferred to the produced foods and positively influence the consumer as well. The Swiss Cereal Drink Oat is very nutritious and sugar-free.
