The grains used for Soyana's Swiss Cereal Drinks are guaranteed to be non-GMO and come from controlled organic farming in the EU. The grains are ground with water and fermented with enzymes. During this process, the grain starch is naturally broken down into glucose, resulting in a mild sweetness. The drinks are made with revitalized water and only the finest ingredients. The oil included is the valuable high-oleic sunflower oil, which is not affected by production-related heating due to its fatty acid profile. The remaining fiber is fed to animals by a neighboring farmer. Soyana's Swiss Cereal Drinks are prepared with love. This inner balance and joy are transferred to the produced foods and positively influence the consumer as well. The Swiss Cereal Drink Millet is gluten-free and is very suitable for allergy sufferers.
