Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Lemon balm 23 % , yarrow 20 % , blackberry leaves , lime blossoms 11 % , raspberry leaves , hazelnut leaves , thyme 7 % , dandelion leaves , marigolds 4 % from certified organic production.
Instructions for use
Break up as many herbs per cup (200 ml) as there is room for a heaped teaspoon. Pour boiling water over them and leave to infuse for a maximum of 10 minutes.
