Sonnentor Pai Mu Tan Organic White Tea (40g)
A flower of a tea. For this tea, only the bud and the top two leaves of the tea plant are picked by hand. Pai Mu Tan translates as "white peony". In this sense, it enchants with a pleasantly floral, but also subtly tart flavour. It has a particularly balanced flavour and goes wonderfully with light summer salads and oriental dishes with pulses. Hummus and lentil soup also benefit from its flavour as an accompaniment to drinks. Truly the finest tea enjoyment.
