Sonnentor Pai Mu Tan Organic White Tea (40g)

A flower of a tea. For this tea, only the bud and the top two leaves of the tea plant are hand-picked. Pai Mu Tan translates to "white peony." In this sense, it enchants with a pleasantly floral yet subtly astringent note. The flavor is particularly balanced and pairs wonderfully with light summer salads and oriental dishes featuring legumes. Hummus and lentil soup also benefit from its taste as a beverage accompaniment. Truly the finest tea enjoyment!
