Sonnentor herbal tea specialties are carefully packaged by hand in whole or coarsely cut leaves to retain as much essential oil as possible. We recommend breaking a three-finger-sized pinch of the herbal blends finely and stirring it into freshly boiled water. This corresponds to about 1.5 - 2 g for 200 ml or a heaping teaspoon of the broken herbs.
