The Sonnentor herbal tea specialties are carefully packed by hand in whole or coarsely cut leaves to preserve as much essential oil as possible. We recommend finely breaking a three-finger pinch of the herbal mixtures and stirring them into freshly boiled water. This corresponds to approximately 1.5 - 2g for 200 ml or a heaped teaspoonful of the broken herbs.

Summer Tip! A wonderfully thirst-quenching experience on hot days is an iced herbal tea. Mix fruit juice 1:1 with herbal tea and enjoy your self-mixed herbal tea cocktail!

Use: When the evening sun is shining, cool down your spirits with the lemony citrus note. It pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, fine salads, or a light fish menu. It also complements delicious yogurt and pot desserts. As a light digestif, it will delight your palate. Break as many herbs per cup (200ml) as there is room for on a heaped teaspoon. Pour boiling water over them and allow to steep for a maximum of 10 minutes.
