Product details
Green coffee tastes distinctly different from roasted coffee. It is 100% Arabica coffee of the Caturra variety and comes from Jinotega, Nicaragua. José Maria Castro, known as Chema, is one of the organic farmers from the cultivation cooperatives in Nicaragua, from which SONNENTOR directly sources aromatic highland coffee.
How does it taste?
The bright light green cup of green coffee has a pleasant aroma of hay and meadows. The flavor is reminiscent of freshly picked peas, rounded off with a fine sweet and earthy note.
Enjoyment & Cooking Tips
Green coffee can be enjoyed very well after any meal or after sports. It is also a delightful cup for any time of the day!
SONNENTOR green coffee is made from green, unroasted beans and is prepared like tea.
