Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Organic rose hips, organic apple pieces (20%), organic hibiscus, organic orange peel, organic Ceylon cinnamon, organic sweet orange essential oil, organic vanilla extract essential oil.
Instructions for use
Add 1 teaspoon of fruit tea per cup (approx. 200 ml) to cold water and bring to the boil. Bring to the boil briefly and leave to infuse for up to 10 minutes.
