Sonett Detergent
27 Washing cycles, LiquidProduct details
The special energy-saving Sonett method of saponification, the use of oils and essential oils from controlled organic cultivation, and a favorable price-to-washing performance ratio are the salient features of this product. It is suitable for colored and white laundry made of cotton, linen, hemp, and mixed fabrics.
Soap made from vegetable oils has a unique feature compared to all other washing-active substances: it combines immediately after use with the lime present in wastewater to form lime soap, thus neutralizing its surface-active effect on aquatic organisms (primary degradation). The lime soap is then rapidly degraded to 100% carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms (secondary degradation).
In the production process of sugar surfactants, coconut fatty alcohol sulfate, and sulfated castor oil, parts are taken from the vegetable raw materials starch, sugar, and fat, which remain intact in their natural structure. Therefore, it is relatively easy for microorganisms to completely degrade these surfactants to 100%. Soap, sugar surfactants, coconut fatty alcohol sulfate, and sulfated castor oil are considered readily biodegradable by the OECD.
