If hydration is also important, SiS GO Isotonic Gel can also be consumed with SiS GO Hydro or SiS GO Electrolyte to provide a combination of energy and hydration during exercise. Simply tear off the top of the packaging and consume the gel - there is no need to drink water with it. |
