Instructions for use | Dissolve one SiS GO Hydro tablet in 500 ml of water. Once dissolved, consume within 24 hours. Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day. Consume 500 ml of SiS GO Hydro 3 to 4 hours before the competition, an additional 250-500 ml in the hours before the start. During shorter training sessions where carbohydrate intake is not required, 500ml of GO Hydro should be consumed per hour. If a combination of fluid and energy intake is required, we recommend taking SiS GO Electrolyte with a SiS GO Gel. |
