Instructions for use | Consume 1 to 3 gels per hour to provide approximately 60g of carbohydrate and maximise carbohydrate utilisation. If hydration is also important, SiS GO Isotonic Gel can also be consumed with SiS GO Hydro or SiS GO Electrolyte to provide a combination of energy and hydration during exercise. Simply tear off the top of the packaging and consume the gel - there is no need to drink water with it. |
