For this White Downy tea from Fujian province, only the buds and fresh shoots are carefully hand-picked in spring. Respectful processing is a prerequisite for this noble quality. The fine white down remains almost unchanged from the bush to the cup. This exclusive rarity is refined with the natural aroma of juicy peaches. Good to know: The height of the tin is approximately 12.5 cm. White teas should be brewed at a water temperature of 80-85°C (let the water sit for about a minute after boiling in the kettle). The optimal steeping time for this tea variety is 3-4 minutes.
