The green tea for Green Jasmine is cultivated in the hilly region of Fujian, a province located on the southeast coast of China and the country's most important tea-growing area.

The dark green leaves with white leaf buds indicate that only the tenderest and youngest tea leaves are harvested through meticulous hand-picking in the spring.

This green tea acquires its delicate jasmine scent through the addition of freshly picked jasmine flowers, which are then carefully removed again. This elaborate process is repeated several times. For over 1000 years, this method has been used to enrich the fine tea aroma with the floral jasmine fragrance. A truly sensual and elegant tea experience.

Application

Green teas should be brewed at a water temperature of 80–85 °C (let the water sit for about a minute after boiling in the kettle).
