Tips and Tricks:

  • Velvet sprays should only be used on frozen foods.
  • Once you have sprayed your dessert, you can put it back in the freezer for a few days.
  • Velvet spray is very volatile, so we recommend spraying it in a large box, in the dishwasher, or outdoors.
  • Since it contains cocoa butter, which can freeze depending on the temperature, we recommend soaking the spray in warm water for a few minutes before use to ensure an even spray.
