Valerian root, lemon balm leaves, passion flower herb, peppermint leaves.
Instructions for use
1 filter bag for 1 cup. Pour in boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, gently squeeze out the bag and remove. Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over may drink 1 cup of tea (1-2 filter bags) 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.
