Honeybush, orange leaves, orange peel, lemon balm leaves, lemon verbena, liquorice root, orange blossom, cinnamon bark, ginger, star anise, cardamom, black pepper.
Instructions for use
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of freshly prepared tea two to three times a day and before going to bed. To do this, pour boiling water (about 150 millilitres) over a filter bag in a cup and cover the cup. The tea bag can be removed after about ten to 15 minutes.
