Preparation
1 tea bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water over it, let it steep for 5 to 8 minutes, gently press the bag, and remove it. Always pour with bubbling boiling water and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to ensure a safe food product!.
