Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, lemon verbena, sweet fennel, linden flowers, lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves. All ingredients used are from controlled organic farming.
Properties: This soothing and balancing herbal tea blend consists of chamomile flowers, lemon verbena, fennel, linden flowers, lemon balm leaves, and peppermint leaves. The lemon verbena adds a subtle lemon note to the tea.
Preparation: Use 1 tea bag for 1 cup (approximately 150 ml). Pour boiling water over it, let it steep for 5 minutes, gently press the bag, and remove it. Allow to cool to drinking temperature (approximately 37 °C). Always serve freshly brewed tea!
- To protect against tooth decay, do not allow the bottle to be used for prolonged sipping.
