Ingredients
The tea contains the following herbal ingredients: 0.3 g calamus rootstock, 0.3 g chamomile flowers, 0.3 g yarrow herb, 0.3 g centaury herb, 0.225 g lemon balm leaves, and three-lobed sage.
Application
It is recommended to enjoy up to three cups of tea daily, each 30 minutes before meals. A filter bag should be poured over with approximately 150 ml of boiling water and allowed to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. After steeping, the bag should be gently squeezed and removed.
