Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
1 double chamber bag ? 1.5 g contains the following dried and cut plant parts as active ingredients: 0.3 g calamus rhizome, 0.3 g camomile flowers, 0.3 g yarrow herb, 0.3 g centaury herb and 0.225 g lemon balm leaves. Other ingredient: Three-lobed sage.
Instructions for use
1 filter bag for 1 cup. Pour in boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, gently squeeze out the bag and remove. Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over drink 1 cup of tea 3 times a day 1/2 hour before meals.
