1 tea bag for 1 cup (150 ml). Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag and remove it.
Important Note: Always pour with bubbling boiling water and let it steep for at least 5 to 10 minutes! Only then will you have a safe food product!
