And there’s plenty of them in Share Original – in every single fruit. The herbal coating consists of mate tea leaves, mulberry fruit powder, Cassia Fistula (cassia), and carrot extract. The overall composition, combined with the fruit, tastes sweet and slightly sour. The power of the green plum has been known in Asia since the 5th century.

It’s worth mentioning that fermentation has a long tradition in Europe as well, and the freshly harvested fruit is fermented in its own juice for at least 30 months. After that, it is coated with herbs and individually packaged, during which another fermentation occurs.
