Share Original Green Plum Fermented (500g)

Your body will thank you for this little plum wrapped in herbs – especially your gut. It’s no secret that lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are beneficial for it. And there’s plenty of them in Share Original – in every single fruit. The herbal coating consists of mate tea leaves, mulberry fruit powder, cassia fistula (cassia), and carrot extract. The overall composition, combined with the fruit, tastes sweet and slightly sour. The power of the green plum has been known in Asia since the 5th century.

Regarding production, it’s worth noting that fermentation has a long tradition in Europe as well, and the freshly harvested fruit is fermented in its own juice for at least 30 months. After that, it is coated with herbs and individually packaged, during which a further fermentation occurs. In summary, the scientifically based manufacturing process releases enzymes and microorganisms.
