This makes it easy to create the most delicious vegan ice cream exactly to your liking. Of course, once frozen, Schlagfix can also be thawed and used normally as whipped cream. The product is freeze-stable. Use Schlagfix universal whipped cream just like traditional cream. The best and most stable whipping results are achieved at medium whipping speed and a whipping temperature of the product between 5 - 8 °C. Therefore, we recommend storing Schlagfix universal whipped cream in the refrigerator for a few hours before use. Otherwise, the product can be stored at room temperature.
