LeHa Schlagfix sweetened whipped cream is easy to whip. Due to its incredibly long-lasting stability, this whipped cream is perfect as a cream substitute for decorating sweet dishes and even as ice cream or sorbet when frozen. Of course, once frozen Schlagfix can also be thawed again and used normally as whipped cream. The product is freeze-stable.

Use Schlagix sweetened whipping cream just like conventional cream. The best and most stable whipping result is achieved at medium whipping speed and a whipping temperature of the product of 5 - 8 °C. We therefore recommend storing Schlagfix sweetened whipped cream in the refrigerator for a few hours before use. Otherwise, the product can be stored at room temperature.
