Initially, an ambitious baker took care of expanding and perfecting the product range, later joined by food technologists. Close collaboration with nutrition experts provided the necessary expertise from the beginning. With increasing demand and growing know-how, the company implemented an important decision in 2003 by establishing its own research laboratory in Trieste. As a pioneer in gluten-free foods, delicious products made from high-quality ingredients have been created with great commitment and passion for over 35 years, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
