Use/Recommendation: Pour 1/2 teaspoon (0.4 g) of wormwood herb in a cup with 250 ml of bubbling boiling water and steep for 5 - 10 minutes. Strain the tea afterwards. For a less bitter tea, reduce the brewing time. Do not drink more than 3 cups daily.
