Ashwagandha root (20 %), apple fruit, passion flower herb (10 %), lemon balm leaves (10 %), rose hip peel, chokeberry, eucalyptus leaves, sweet orange peel, acerola fruit powder (5 %), peppermint leaves, cinnamon bark*. *) From organic farming.
Instructions for use
Pour 200ml boiling water over 1 sachet and leave to infuse for 7 minutes.
