Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Dandelion leaves (27%), yarrow herb, birch leaves, lemon verbena leaves, nettle leaves (10%), sweet fennel fruit(10%), sweet fennel fruit, aniseed fruit, sage leaves, peppermint leaves, liquorice root.
Instructions for use
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a filter bag in a cup and leave to infuse for 7 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. It is recommended to drink 2 to 3 cups of Freetox tea throughout the day and to drink enough liquid, for example mild herbal tea or mineral water.
