Echinacea herb* (20 %), hibiscus blossoms*, sea buckthorn fruit* (14 %), apple fruitfruits*, rose hip peel*, honeybush twig tips*, ginger rhizome*, acerola extract* (3.5 %), lemon myrtle leaves*, sweet blackberry leaves*.*) From organic farming.
Instructions for use
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the filter bag in a cup and leave to infuse for approx. 8 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.
