Lemon balm leaves, rose hip peel, blackberry leaves, apple fruit, yarrow herb, passion flower herb, camomile flowers, lime leaves, eucalyptus leaves, hibiscus flowers, lavender flowers, Bach flower blend (extract of Elm, Rock Rose, Impatiens, White Chestnut)flowers, lavender flowers, Bach flower mixture (extract of Elm, Rock Rose, Impatiens, White Chestnut and Aspen*). *) From organic farming.
Instructions for use
Up to 2-3 cups daily: Pour 200ml of boiling water over the sachet in a cup and leave to infuse for about 8 minutes. Then remove the bag.
