The Bach Flower Tea from Salus contains carefully selected herbs and organic Bach flower essences. In the Bach Flower Tea Motivation Confidence, Gentian, Hornbeam, Oak, Scleranthus, and Sweet Chestnut have been combined. This special blend is said to strengthen determination and promote hope and greater self-confidence, according to Edward Bach.

Application: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the tea bag in a cup and let it steep for 8 minutes. Then remove the tea bag. Recommendation: 2 to 3 cups per day.

Instructions for use
