Use/application/recommended dosage:
Pour 4 level tablespoons of tea into a pot. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over it. Bring to the boil again briefly and then leave to infuse for 10 minutes. As a six-week cure to purify and cleanse (1 litre per day), to support the metabolism and to regenerate for more vitality.
