When dry, the powder can be dusted over all your creations. Additionally, pralines or other chocolate products can also be refined this way. If you want to use the powder as a liquid color on your chocolate, mix the powder with a little alcohol. To color different masses, such as buttercream or egg white icing, you can mix the powder directly into them.
