Carefully pressed in the Rapunzel oil mill in the Allgäu region. The aroma is delicately nutty with a slight, typical bitterness. The flaxseed oil is produced using a special Oxyguard process. This particularly gentle method at Rapunzel preserves the richness of valuable ingredients. Rapunzel Oxyguard cold-pressed flaxseed oil is an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids that are essential for human health. It contains a high concentration of the essential omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (57.0 g per 100 g of oil).
