With Progel gel colors, every dessert becomes a colorful treat. Unlike liquid colors or color powders, gel color does not change the consistency of the mixture. This way, the colored fondant remains pliable, the cake filling stays firm, and the macarons do not liquefy. Buttercream and royal icing, as well as all types of dough, can be vividly colored with just a small dab of the color. The gel colors are incredibly versatile; they are suitable for both firm and soft mixtures and can even be used for painting. This way, you can bring color into your life and your desserts.
