Raab Matcha Premium Organic

Matcha is a very high-quality and fine green tea with a centuries-old tradition in Japan. Four weeks before the harvest, the tea plantations are covered, allowing the tea leaves to develop their characteristic fine-bitter taste and vibrant green color through the resulting slow growth. For Raab Organic Matcha Tea Premium, only the finest young leaves of the tea plants are used. These are cultivated on a plantation in the far south of Japan, strictly according to ecological standards. After gentle drying and the removal of the leaf veins, the leaves are finely ground in granite stone mills.
